Assistant Maintenance Manager – International 

Location: Lisbon

Pestana Hotel Group is recruiting an Assistant Maintenance Manager for the international area, based in Lisbon, to work closely with the Regional Maintenance Manager in supporting and monitoring hotel maintenance operations across international units.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Maintenance Manager in the technical and operational follow-up of international units.
• Supervise maintenance works and interventions, ensuring compliance with the defined standards.
• Monitor suppliers and service providers.
• Support the identification of technical and operational needs across different units.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and to the efficiency of infrastructures and equipment.
• Travel internationally whenever necessary to provide on-site operational support.

Candidate profile:

• Technical degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or construction.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in supervisory roles.
• Availability to work in Lisbon with frequent travel to other European countries.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Italian or French will be considered an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, autonomy, sense of responsibility and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
