Housing Supervisor (M/F) - Pestana Porto Santo

We are currently seeking a passionate Housing Supervisor in charge of managing employee´s accommodation @ Porto Santo - Madeira;

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the cleaning / Maintenance department on all Job orders and ensure that each job order is accomplished and done accordingly.
• Monitor, evaluate, inspect and implement the necessary actions to maintain the overall housing condition up to the required living standards.
• Solve problems raised by the residents in their accommodation.
• Prepare housing related records, reports and statistics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis accordingly.
• Ensure proper / standard preparation of all units in the facility.
• Review all damage / maintenance reports of the facility and ensure that all internal / external areas are clean, safe and in good order

Key Requirements

• 2-5 years of employment in a related position, with good housekeeping experience
• Hands on profile
• Working knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• A team person
