Estagiário(a) Operações FO (M/F) - Porto Santo

We are currently seeking a passionate Operations Trainee to learn and grow with us in the Rooms Department;

The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the daily operations of Front Office

Learn and understand the hotel's standard operating procedures and policies

Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints as needed

Perform other duties as assigned by the Rooms HOD

Key Requirements:

Education in hospitality and tourism sector or its equivalent.

Commitment to deliver high levels of customer service.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules and environments

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
