Position Overview:
As a Hotel General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Country Operations Manager with the daily hotel operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly — with a strong focus on Front Office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operational departments, including coordination with Heads of Department (HODs).
• Achieve operational goals and meet budgetary targets.
• Implement and maintain brand standards across all hotel departments.
• Supervise internal sales and reservations to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate VIP guest experiences and special events with attention to detail.
• Foster a guest-centric culture by developing and motivating a high-performing team.
• Conduct regular operational and HOD meetings to align on strategic objectives and business performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in a similar role within a 4-star property.
• Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Business (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Strong budgeting and financial planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with both guests and team members.
• Proven ability to inspire and lead teams to exceed guest expectations.
