This program encompasses a 9-month immersive experience at our Shared Services. Choose your preferred area and join our dynamic and creative teams ready to build the future at Pestana Hotel Group.

Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to experience a different area for a week, besides the one you joined, as well as spending another week working in one of our hotels/pousadas to strengthen your knowledge of the industry.

  • 9-months paid program
  • Mentoring by a senior member of the Group
  • Experience in another corporate area and operational experience in a hotel or pousada
  • Feedback and learning moments
  • Integration in the trainee group and participation in social activities
  • Areas: Finance, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, IT, Human Resources, Marketing
  • Possibility of permanently joining the teams at the end of the program

Growing Together is our global development program aiming to attract and develop future hotel or department managers to our business in hospitality.

This program allows you to interact and learn from our Group leaders by immersing yourself in our operational areas and shared services, as well as getting on-the-job training.

1st Phase (6 months) Corporate Experience

Experiences at our offices in Algarve and Lisbon in multiple corporate departments. Areas: Finance, Reservations, Maintenance, Sales, Human Resources, Marketing & Digital, Business Intelligence, IT, Revenue Management.

2nd Phase (6 months) Hospitality Experience

3-months experience in department and unit rotation in Portugal, and 1 to 3 months in international hotels.

3rd Phase (6 to 9 months) Specialization in Unit or Department management

Allocation to a specific unit or department for developing the specialization.
