This program encompasses a 9-month immersive experience at our Shared Services. Choose your preferred area and join our dynamic and creative teams ready to build the future at Pestana Hotel Group.
Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to experience a different area for a week, besides the one you joined, as well as spending another week working in one of our hotels/pousadas to strengthen your knowledge of the industry.
- 9-months paid program
- Mentoring by a senior member of the Group
- Experience in another corporate area and operational experience in a hotel or pousada
- Feedback and learning moments
- Integration in the trainee group and participation in social activities
- Areas: Finance, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, IT, Human Resources, Marketing
- Possibility of permanently joining the teams at the end of the program

Growing Together is an intensive talent development programme for professionals who aspire to build a successful career in hospitality.
Over 18 months, Growing Together combines operational and corporate experiences, helping participants to strengthen their leadership skills and gain an in-depth understanding of Pestana Hotel Group’s hotel operations.
Programme structure:
- During the first 12 months, participants rotate every eight weeks through different operational and corporate departments, gaining experience across hotels from different Pestana Hotel Group brands.
- The final six months are dedicated to specialisation in one of the following areas: Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, Catering & Events or Hotel Management.
Throughout the programme, participants will be required to work in some different locations across Pestana Hotel Group’s international operations, including Portugal, Europe, the United States and Africa.
Growing Together is a full-time, paid programme starting in the first quarter of 2027. Candidates must be fluent in English and willing to relocate as required, both within Portugal and to other regions where Pestana Hotel Group operates.
Pestana Mobility is the development program that aims to retain and develop talent by promoting experiences in different geographies and/or functions.
A program that allows for the following:
- Sharing experiences across different geographies and/or functions
- Cross-training opportunities
- Support in filling specific temporary needs that the Group may face
