Hotel Manager - Pestana USA

Position:
As Hotel Manager you will support the Regional General Manager in all day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, with a very strong focus on food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities:
• Overall management of the Operational Departments and managing all HOD's.
• Achieving operational budgets and targets.
• Implement standards and ensure their delivery across all departments in the hotel.
• Oversee internal sales and reservations, ensuring all hotel targets and standards are achieved.
• Oversee all VIP guests and special events are coordinated and planned correctly.
• Ensure a highly customer focused environment, by building a focused team in all areas of the hotel.
• Coordinate HOD/ Operational and meetings, driving overall hotel business aims on a weekly basis.

We expect someone with:
• Proven experience in a similar 4* property.
• Degree (preferred) (Hotel Management / Tourism or Business Management).
• Fluent knowledge of English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of budgetary management is required to work with the Regional General Manager.
• Excellent customer focus with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with guests & staff.
• Ability to motivate and inspire the team to exceed customer expectations.
