•    Devoloping and following an ambitious business plan for Pestana Plaza Mayor Madrid and Pestana CR7 Gran Vía.
•    Significantly grow the existing customer base of the Pestana Plaza Mayor Madrid and ensure a growing flow of business for Pestaana CR7 Gran Vía.
•    Secure a healthy client mix for both properties in regards to their standing and performance goals.
•    Create a detailed and effective action plan and delegate activities to the different team members
•    Actively seek new business in line with the company's strategic and performance goals
•    Benchmark competitors' activities and pricing strategies in liase with Revenue Management department
•    Increase revenue from corporate accounts and MICE
•    Develop and implement key account management, both nationally and internationally
•    Present monthly sales reports to provide management with visibility over market performance, sales activities and business prospects 
•    Hold weekly sales meetings with Revenue Management and other relevant departments.
•    Liaise with corporate sales teams of Pestana Hotel Group in order to stay aligned with companie's policies and benefit from potential synergies
•    Minimum 3 consecutive years of experience in senior roles within the sales department in the hospitality sector in Madrid 
•    Knowledge of the 4 and 5 star hotel dynamics and proven experience in this segment
•    Experience in structuring sales plans to achieve ambitious targets
•    Excellent understanding of hotel distribution in Madrid
•    Experience in managing statistical information to support the day to day job, including revenue pick up/pace reports by channel, monthly performance figures and key account analysis
•    Experience in the RFP process and groups management
•    Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, both orally and in writing. Other languages a plus.
•    Outstanding customer service and communication skills
•    Ability to perform in a fast paced environment, excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
•    Positive attitude and team player mindset, willing to work in a multicultural setting 
•    High flexibility with a 'can-do' mentality
