Alcance

Focus on Operations Hospitality and other business Implement human resources strategy for recruitment, onboarding, integration, performance, and talent policies for each team/individual on a regional or sub regional level for the Operational area (Hotels and other businesses).

Responsabilidades y áreas de actuación

Manage the recruitment and hiring processes for his/hers region/unit, including the announcement of job vacancies on different channels, screening CVs and conducting screening interviews, validating the selected candidate with Operations and submits admission proposals. Manage the elaboration/renewal of employment contractual agreements. Attend recruitment events in hotel schools and universities, employability events, organizing roadshows and liaison with universities and temporary work agencies. Monitor the onboarding process by ensuring that all procedures follow local legislation and preparing the appropriate induction plan. Control and monitor the onboarding, offboarding and crossboarding processes as well as annual holidays plans. Conduct exit interviews on offboards. Control absences, overtime, holidays, subsidies, commissions, pay-out items for BPO. Perform salary processing of the respective units. Connect with service providers according the local geography. Develop Monthly, quarterly and annual results within HR KPIs (GOP, Outsourcing, Overtime, etc).
