Scope

Perform table and bar service in the unit where it operates, complying with the norms and standards of service for this purpose, aiming at total customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsabilities and areas of action

Performing general table/bar services and preparing and assembling the meal services. - Collaborate in the correct preparation of the "mise-en-place" of the rooms, assembly of buffets for the breakfast and other meal services and carry out, in collaboration with the team, various activities inherent to the preparation, cleaning and tidying up of the section material. - Perform general table/bar service in the various areas of the section and replace and/or restores the breakfast buffets table. - Assist the service of the 1st Table/Bar Employees, registering and transmitting to the Kitchen the requests of the clients, making their withdrawal in the Kitchen, as well as issuing the bills of the meals and consumptions.
