Help with check-in / check-out processes and accommodates guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient way.
Responsabilities and areas of action
Assist in hand luggage and offer information regarding available hotel services, points of interest and entertainment attractions.
Follow up hotel guests departing from their room to the driver with luggage, offer information and departure instructions as necessary.
Calls taxis for guests
Transport guests over the premises or local areas by car or motor trolley
