Pestana Chelsea Bridge - Maintenance Assistant - London

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant who will be up to the challenge of working at a fast-paced industry.
Your responsibilities...
▪ Carry out appropriate maintenance work promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent guest experience.
▪ Monitor and operate all plant and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation
▪ To assist with ensuring that the hotel is compliant with all relevant, fire, health & safety regulations
▪ To undertake emergency repairs to premises, plant & equipment
▪ Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you can expect your working days to cover the following:
Preventive & reactive maintenance
Health & Safety
Painting, Plumbing, Carpentry & Electrical works
What we are looking for:
▪ Well presented, has a good command of the English language and is a good communicator
▪ Show flexibility and have a logical and practical approach to problem solving
▪ Be able to communicate well with guests and team members, being a team player and have a desire to deliver great customer service
▪ Have a positive "can do" attitude, be willing to learn and demonstrate that you care about the that work you do and complete a quality result
