Hotel Sales Executive - Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & Spa, London

• Proactively uncovers new prospects for the Hotel and maximizes conversion of business in line with the 
hotel's budgetary goals.
• Organizes and plans client meetings, fam trips, site inspections, sales blitzes, mailings, giveaways, and 
other new creative activities to establish and maintain a healthy client relationship and generate business.
• Acquire new corporate clients and groups, proactively searching for new accounts
targets and objectives.
• Responds to corporate RFPs and contracting Corporate Accounts.
• Responds, converts, and contracts MICE/Groups inquiries. 
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral to effectively 
communicate the hotel's value proposition
• Assists in preparing and compiling data for the strategic sales plan, annual goals, sales and marketing 
budget, forecasts, action plans, and other reports as required.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer 
preferences, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and revenue management, to 
ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensures the client database and the information in Opera and Salesforce are always accurate and up to 
date.
• Prepare and present bi weekly sales reports to the Director of Sales and the General Manager
