Role Overview:

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Project Executive to join our Human Resources team based in Lisbon, Portugal. This role is ideal for someone with strong data and reporting skills who can extract, analyse, and present HR KPIs to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyse HR data and generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for HR metrics.
  • Support internal and external HR audits.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimisation of HR systems and tools.
  • Generate, extract, and interpret reports from various HR platforms to support business needs.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR and/or finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (advanced level).
  • Experience with HR metrics, reporting, and data visualisation.
  • Ability to generate and extract reports from HRIS and other systems like SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Knowledge of labour legislation (preferred).
