MARKETING MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Pestana Hotel Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves creating and implementing marketing strategies and collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication. 

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES 

  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives. 

  • Campaign and Product Development: Design and execute campaigns and product launches that enhance customer experience. 

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand coherence and consistency across all marketing channels (online and offline), adhering to brand guidelines. 

  • Content Strategy: Plan and strategize compelling audiovisual content, including photoshoots and videos, to engage target audiences. 

  • Crafting Detailed Briefings: Create detailed and clear briefings for content production, including creative direction and scheduling. 

  • Operational Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for operational teams regarding brand and product activations. 

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (shared services, operations, sales, digital, e-commerce, etc.) to implement marketing initiatives and projects. 

  • Market and Trend Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities. 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role. 

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. 

  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration across various company divisions. 

  • Proficiency in data analysis to refine and optimize marketing strategies. 

  • High level of rigor and attention to detail. 

  • Fluency in English. 

  • Integrity, honesty, and a team player spirit are essential qualities.
