Pestana Berlin Tiergarten, a modern and centrally located hotel in Berlin, is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of all technical systems within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation, maintenance, and supervision of all hotel technical systems, including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing
• Coordination and supervision of external contractors for installation, maintenance, and repair works
• Development, implementation, and review of technical standards to optimize operating and investment costs
• Coordination with local authorities and external technical partners
• Overall responsibility for all technical aspects of the hotel
• Leadership and management of a team of two technicians
• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of all installations in close cooperation with other departments
• Monitoring and control of energy consumption

Profile & Requirements:

• Several years of experience in building services engineering, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Certified technician qualification or completed technical vocational training
• Very good knowledge of relevant regulations and German technical standards
• Strong hands‑on skills and broad technical understanding
• Foreign language skills (e.g. English) are an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills and cost awareness
• Structured and independent working style
• Additional qualifications (e.g. Safety Officer / Fire Protection Officer) are an advantage
• Strong service‑oriented mindset
