Every year, during the summer, Pestana Hotel Group welcomes hundreds of trainees to work in a wide range of operational areas in Portugal, either in departments with direct contact with customers, or departments of a more administrative nature.

These internships are an exclusive opportunity for young people to take their first professional steps alongside our teams. They encounter daily challenges and have an impact on different professional processes. In addition to learning from us, they develop a broad set of skills and a network of contacts for their future careers.
