Scope

 YOUR MISSION AS A NEW PAINTER will be to participate in the maintenance and restoration of surfaces by painting walls, ceilings, hotel rooms and common areas as well as other elements such as furniture, doors or windows. 

Responsabilities and areas of action

- Adequately protecting surfaces and furniture before starting work, as well as the preparation of surfaces, carrying out plastering and puttying work for damage due to knocks or damp, sanding woodwork, etc. 

- Control of the stock of products and tools, their cleaning and correct maintenance. 

 - Constant communication with the supervisor with the aim of complying with the planning of the work: correct development of the tasks, forecast of materials and tools, setbacks, etc. 

- You will carry out wallpapering work, exterior painting (terraces and balconies), and exterior wood treatments (panels, furniture). 

- Cover urgent requests in case of absence of maintenance staff or support them when necessary.
